2015 Annual Report

During the 2014/15 program year, the following outcomes were achieved:

  • 5,558 units of clothing were provided to customers in need.
  • 3,551 emergency food baskets were distributed.
  • 2,549 bed nights of emergency shelter were provided at the Women’s Safe House.
  • 1,484 supervised visitations/exchanges occurred without incident at the Center.
  • 1,120 households received gifts during the holiday season.
  • 956 individuals were enrolled in affordable health insurance.
  • 455 Domestic Violence Hotline calls were responded to.
  • 404 children obtained age-appropriate immunizations, medical and dental care.
  • 257 individuals exhibited improved parenting skills.
  • 230 families received car seats and installation training.
  • 230 households received rent, security deposits or mortgage assistance.
  • 172 four year old children were developmentally readied for kindergarten.
  • 172 Domestic Incident Reports were followed up on.
  • 140 families participated in home visitation.
  • 98 households received utility assistance.
  • 70 individuals maintained safe, affordable housing.
  • 62 individuals received emergency, temporary shelter.
  • 39 households were completely weatherized.
  • 14 senior households received emergency home repairs.
  • 120 housing units realized improved energy efficiency.
